but,however,still,yet,nevertheless,while,whereas

這些連詞或副詞均含“但是，可是，然而，而”之意。but口語常用詞，語氣較強(qiáng)，泛指與前述情況相反。however表轉(zhuǎn)折關(guān)系，語氣稍弱于but，連接性也弱一些，因而常作插入語。still語氣強(qiáng)，多用于肯定句或疑問句。指盡管作出讓步，采取措施或表示反對(duì)，但情況仍然如故，無所改變。 yet常用于否定句，語氣比still稍強(qiáng)。指不管作出多大努力或讓步，仍達(dá)不到預(yù)期的結(jié)果。nevertheless指盡管作出完全讓步，也不會(huì)發(fā)生任何影響。while表對(duì)比，一般可與whereas換用，但程度弱一些。whereas表對(duì)比，一般可與while互換。
